About Our Leadership Program
The Leadership Certificate Series is specifically designed for graduate students to take the next step in their professional journey. This program consists of a pre-session, three interactive virtual workshops, and a final reflection celebration and will accept up to 25 participants. Participants who complete the program by attending all five sessions will be eligible for a Leadership Certificate upon submission of a brief commentary demonstrating comprehension and self-awareness.

About Our Facilitator
Sara Gupta is the founder of StartWise, an executive coaching firm dedicated to empowering leaders to reach their full potential. A first-generation university graduate, she began her journey studying marine biochemistry, inspired by a deep love for the ocean – a passion for exploration that continues to shape her approach to leadership.
With over 20 years as a technology executive in Sales and Customer Success, Sara has led teams through major transformations, including acquisitions and strategic pivots. Her firsthand experience has reinforced her belief that leadership success comes from a blend of strategic insight and steadfast support. An ICF-certified executive coach, Sara is passionate about leadership development and the transformative power of coaching. She helps leaders and emerging talent build confidence, expand influence, and achieve lasting impact.
