- Provides strategic oversight of the Graduate Student Resource Center (GSRC), ensuring alignment with graduate student needs and the 8 Core Competencies
- Leads and develops graduate student professional development programs, including New Graduate Student Orientation, Leadership Certificate Program, Fundamentals of Public Speaking Certificate and Grad Slam
- Oversees major initiatives such as the Dissertation Write-In and Graduate Division Mentoring Awards
- Serves as the campus advisor for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program
- Supervises the Assistant Director and Graduate Peers, ensuring program effectiveness
